The Call Committee wants to hear directly from you. We will host live small-group listening sessions (ten people or less per group) in-person on the St. Bart’s campus and virtually by Zoom the first two weeks of June. These sessions are an important complement to the CAT survey, as they allow you to speak to us in your own words on the topics most critical to the calling process.
Please plan to attend one (and only one) of these sessions if at all possible:
Saturdays (in-person): June 4 and June 11, 4:00 to 5:00 PM
Sundays (in-person): June 5 and June 12, 10:10 to 11:10 AM
Mondays (Zoom): June 6 and June 13, 6:30 to 7:30 PM
Youth CREW (in-person): June 8th during regular meeting time
If you plan to attend a Zoom Listening Session, please click here to join.
Casa de Campañas: We have also scheduled an in-person session at Casa de Campañas on June 17 from 2:00-3:00, and we will add a second session that same day from 3:00 to 4:00 if necessary. Please sign up for these sessions at Casa.
We will hold as many sessions as necessary in each time slot to ensure everyone is able to participate. To attend one of the on-campus sessions, just show up and we will split into as many groups as needed to accommodate all attendees. For the Zoom sessions, please use the above link. We will set up breakout rooms for each group of ten. No pre-registration is necessary for the on-campus or Zoom sessions.
If you are not able to attend any of these scheduled sessions but want your voice heard, please let us know.
CAT survey: Great response so far; let us know if you need help!
We are nearing 250 responses to the CAT survey, which is almost double our recent average weekend attendance. Thank you very much to everyone who has completed the survey to-date!
If you need help with the survey, please let us know by reaching out to the Call Committee contacts below. If you simply haven’t gotten around to it, complete the survey today by clicking this link:
