Congregational Assessment Tool Launched

by Dan Crane on May 10, 2022

The Congregation Assessment Tool (CAT) Survey is now live and ready! To receive a link, please contact Charlotte Jones.

We encourage everyone in your household who is 16 years of age or older to complete this online survey as soon as possible. It is a crucial piece in our search to identify candidates to serve as next rector of our church.

CAT is an online survey that collects information on a range of subjects relating to parish life. The results will be professionally analyzed by our vendor, Holy Cow Consulting, and will assist the call committee as it moves forward.

We need everyone's help in this process and are asking you to take a few minutes to complete the survey right away. We are prepared to provide individual assistance in completing the survey to anyone who needs it. We will also have computers available on campus before and after services each week

A couple of things to keep in mind: the survey answers are anonymous, and no one will know which answers you gave. Also, please don't discuss your answers with others in your household or fellow parishioners, since that could influence how they respond to the survey.

We want to emphasize that your participation and candor are very important to the search process, as they help us understand how we as a congregation feel about the recent and future direction of our parish. We sincerely hope to see everyone complete this survey.

If you have questions about the survey or the calling process in general, please contact one of our Call Committee co-chairs:
