Youth Worship
Youth worship at St. Bartholomew's is taking on a new name and a new style. At 9:30 am on Sundays, C4—Explosive for Christ meets in the youth room. The service is the Holy Eucharist, but because we have a fresh start and a flexible worship space, we'll be engaging the Word and the Table in new ways.
We'll be exploring music, movement, art, drama as ways of proclaiming and responding to the Word of God. We'll create a worship experience for all the senses.
We'll gradually be adding new songs, music, and prayers to our worship repertoire, as we build a new community together. Each week we'll highlight a different portion of the Eucharist service itself, to learn how it brings us together as friends and sends us out to be Christ's agents in the world.
Don't worry—once a month we'll show up to share our energy as we worship with the rest of the congregation.

Halloween came early this year for St Bart’s youth group, which celebrated it on Wednesday the 29th. This was a great party that was enjoyed by all, and the costumes did not disappoint! We had the infamous Joker, portrayed by Kelly; one of our leaders, and costumes ranging from a clown, ketchup bottle, cowgirl, princess, and even the Easter Bunny! As the night continued we enjoyed dinner, treats (of course!) dancing, and games of ping pong and hide and seek. This definitely was a great way to spend time with each other in a fun, spooky and team building way! I think I speak for everyone when I say this was an overall great night at St Bart’s.
+ St. Bart’s Youth Ministry’s kick-off Lock-In was a huge success! We had 23 students attend what turned out to be a fantastic faith and team building event.
