Marriages

St. Bartholomew's services for celebration and blessing of a marriage are provided through consultation and planning with our rector, Fr. Fred Thayer. Because "Christian marriage is a solemn and public covenant between a man and a woman in the presence of God" (Book of Common Prayer pg. 421), the Church can arrange for premarital pastoral counseling which is provided by clergy and help couples provide the spiritual foundations for a long and wonderful marriage.

The Church sanctuary can provides seating for over 300 guests, and various music arrangements can be offered -- from a string quartet to a full choir. We welcome the opportunity to meet your wedding needs.

Several services are available from simple to elaborate. At St Bart’s we offer the opportunity to fulfill your church wedding needs in the spirit of the God.
