Book Guild

book guildThe Book Guild provides a small-group environment to read and share the enjoyment of books. The Book Guild meets on the fourth Monday of the month at 1:00 pm, September through May. Meetings are held in small groups at members’ homes. Our readings selections include a variety of subjects, both fiction and non-fiction. Recent selections include “1776” by McCullough, “The Kite Runner” and “1000 Splendid Suns” by Khaled, “The Great Gatsby” by F. Scott Fitzgerald, and “River of Doubt” by Candace Millard. At times during the year we will meet with other book clubs at the R.B. library, and in June we enjoy an annual luncheon at a local restaurant.
