Baptisms of Adults and Children

Baptism, as the first sacrament of the Christian church, initiates ersons by water and the Holy Spirit into Christ’s Body, the Church. The Episcopal Church baptizes infants, children and adults, and we provide preparation for baptismal candidates as well as for parents and godparents (sponsors) of infants and children to enable new Christians to grow in knowledge and love of God. Holy Baptism is administered as part of the service of Holy Eucharist.
