Baptisms of Adults and Children

Baptism is the first sacrament of the Christian church, and initiates persons by water and the Holy Spirit into Christ's Body, the Church. The Episcopal Church baptizes infants, children and adults, and we provide preparation for baptismal candidates, and the parents and godparents (sponsors) of infants and children so that new Christians can grow in knowledge and love of God. Holy Baptism is administered as part of the service of Holy Eucharist.
